What fire ratings are available for your access panels and riser doors?

Our access panels and riser doors are available in 60 and 120 minute fire ratings, independently tested. We can advise on the correct rating for your specific application and compartmentation requirements.

Can you manufacture to bespoke sizes?

Yes. As a UK manufacturer, we can produce access panels, riser doors and loft hatches to non standard sizes. Custom orders are typically manufactured within 3 to 5 working days depending on the specification.

How quickly can you deliver?

Standard orders are manufactured and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. We offer nationwide delivery direct to site.

What documentation do you provide for Building Control?

We provide full test reports, installation instructions and technical data sheets. All fire rated products come with documentation suitable for Building Control sign off and O&M manuals.

Do you provide NBS specifications and BIM objects?

Yes. Our products are listed on NBS Source and we provide downloadable BIM objects compatible with Revit at LOD 350. We also supply full technical data sheets and test reports to support your specification process.

Are your loft hatches Part L compliant?

Yes. Our insulated loft hatches are designed to meet the thermal performance requirements of Approved Document Part L. They feature insulated cores and draught seals to minimise heat loss through the ceiling plane.
