What does the design service cost?

There's no charge for our design service. It's part of how we work. We'd rather spend time getting the specification right than deal with problems on site.

How long does a bespoke order take?

Bespoke products are typically manufactured and dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from approval. Complex or large volume orders may require additional time. We'll confirm lead times at the proposal stage.

What information do you need from me?

The more detail the better, but we can work with whatever you have, whether that's drawings, schedules, photos or just a description of the opening. Our team will ask the right questions to fill in any gaps.

Can you match existing panels on a refurbishment project?

Yes. We can work from site measurements, photos, or samples of existing panels to produce matching or upgraded replacements.

Do bespoke products have the same fire and acoustic ratings?

Yes. All bespoke products are manufactured to the same tested specifications as our standard range. Fire ratings up to 120 minutes and acoustic ratings up to 48dB are available across bespoke sizes.

Can you provide BIM objects for bespoke products?

We provide BIM objects for our standard range. For bespoke products, we can supply detailed CAD drawings and specification documents for inclusion in project models.
