Riser doors provide service access to vertical mechanical, electrical and plumbing shafts. Where the shaft does not form part of a fire compartment line, a non-fire rated door is the appropriate specification — saving cost while still delivering the same robust steel construction, three-point locking and finish options as our fire-rated R51 range.
