Inside the Rapid Access Factory

Every access panel, riser door, loft hatch and meter overbox we supply is manufactured at our own factory in Nuneaton, UK. We control the full process in-house — CNC cutting and forming, MIG welding, powder coating, assembly and despatch — which is exactly what the photographs on this page show.

Production combines CNC sheet-metal cutting and Amada press-brake forming, MIG welding, an automated powder coating line with its own spray booth and curing oven, hand assembly, and in-house quality checks before each order is packed and despatched.

Yes. We run our own powder coating plant with an overhead conveyor, spray booth and curing oven, so finish quality and lead times stay under our control. Powder-coated products are available in a wide range of RAL colours.
