London Square Nine Elms is a premium residential scheme within the Nine Elms regeneration area. Across Plots E, F & G, the project required riser and wall access panels that would provide safe, secure access for building services while meeting stringent performance requirements for modern residential corridors.

120-Minute Fire-Rated Single Door Panels

Rapid Fit hinge system with 120-minute fire rating, 33dB acoustic performance, smoke tested and airtight Class 2. 3-point locking with beaded frame.

2-Hour Fire-Rated Double Door Panels

Double door wall access panels with 2-hour fire rating for larger riser openings. 3-point locking, smoke tested, powder coated and primed for on-site decoration.

Multi-Door Units for Wider Openings

Multi-door riser door units with three or more panels for the widest riser and service shaft openings, maintaining the same fire, acoustic, and smoke performance as single and double configurations.

Rapid Fit Hinge System

The Rapid Fit hinge system supported efficient on-site fitting, helping maintain programme flow while delivering a flush, discreet finish suitable for premium residential environments.

Premium Corridor Finish

Metal-faced panels with beaded frames, powder coated and primed for on-site decoration. Designed to sit flush and remain discreet within high-end residential interiors.
