Installation Guide

How to Install

Step-by-step fitting instructions from the manufacturer datasheet.

To remove the door; Open the door, loosen the bolts from the pin hinge system and slide into the door then lift the door out.

Place the frame into the aperture ensuring the aperture is 7mm larger than the back of frame size. Mark the position of the hinge holes.

Remove the frame and drill clearance holes for the hinges.

Fix the frame into the aperture using all the fixing holes to secure in place. Ensure frame is square by measuring diagonally & flush to the wall.

Refit the door securing the sliding pin hinges back in place ensuring the pins are fully located through the frame. Close and lock the door in place.

Apply tiles to the surface of the frame and door. Ensure the tiles do not overhang the fame or door as this will cause damage to the tiles. --

Independent support may be needed for the Access Panels weight.
