Ross leads the overall strategy and growth of the business, guiding the senior team and ensuring strong performance across operations, manufacturing and supply chain. He oversees financial management, product innovation and compliance, strengthens key customer and supplier relationships, and represents the company in major negotiations. His focus is on maintaining quality, developing people, and delivering long-term, sustainable growth.
